在台灣藝術家吳美琪的手裡,圖像更像是經歷著一次次的化學實驗,關於溶解與再造。
吳美琪對圖像的處理不再是對其身份的研考,而是更為直覺的拼貼與再現。在這樣的狀態裡,
藝術家得以審視並突破攝影(自身)的框架,以電腦繪圖作為催化劑,將被攝體破壞又內化,
進而追尋自己的自由表述。
故事一:x+羅Miró
藍底的彩虹星旗從我臉上滑過,一陣一陣的人潮,就這樣在街頭上接收了各種擁抱,
那天的陽光顯得特別亮且溫暖。
故事二:黃金披薩屋 Golden Pizza House
濃濃的巧達起士從烤盤上溢出,掩沒了披薩餅皮上的番茄醬和羅勒葉,就這樣順著起士烤焦的路徑走,
店裡很安靜,只剩下餐桌上的鮮花和鸚鵡也就是黃金披薩屋的標誌,閃閃發亮著。
故事三:它復活了 IT'S ALIVE
綠色的夕陽照在魔鬼臉上,光的能量讓他立刻變成紅色的,吹不熄的光無盡地燃燒著,好燙好燙,
綠色的光輝把葉子也燒了,這一次黑暗又抵達了光明,我又再次復活了!
Miró
In the hands of Taiwanese artist Wu MeiChi,
the images are more like going through chemical experiments again and
again, about dissolution and reconstruction. Wu MeiChi's processing of
images is no longer a study of her identity, but a more intuitive collage
and representation. In such a state, the artist can examine and break
through the framework of photography (self), use computer graphics as a
catalyst, destroy and internalize the subject, and then pursue her own free
expression.
Story 1: x + Luo Miró
The rainbow star flag on the blue background slid across my face, and
crowds of people received all kinds of hugs on the street like this.
The sunshine that day seemed particularly bright and warm.
Story 2: Golden Pizza House
Thick cheddar cheese overflowed from the baking tray, covering up the
tomato sauce and basil leaves on the pizza crust, just walking along the
path of burnt cheese, the shop was very quiet, only the Flowers and
parrots are also the logo of the Golden Pizza House, shining brightly.
Story 3: IT'S ALIVE IT'S ALIVE
The green sunset shone on the devil's face, the energy of the light turned
him red immediately, the inexhaustible light burned endlessly, it was so
hot, the green light burned the leaves, this time the darkness reached the
light again, I resurrected again!
